I can't believe there are not more negative comments on here about this company. Derek Onstott and his company are a joke. I had him do a huge job for me last summer in my backyard and it was a nightmare. I currently have a BBB complaint filed against him for the fire pit which has since disintegrated and fell completely apart because he didn't use the correct materials. He refuses to do anything about it and sent me a nasty text message because I filed a complaint against him and his company. He's a liar, sub contracts out all the work to second rate companies and does not stand behind his work. He'll show up on the job when he feels like and has no accountability for his actions. He will give you and bid and then change it. He is disrespectful, talks down to you and is beyond arrogant. He boasts and brags about how great his work is and how he's making money and then has his wife pull up in their high dollar Mercedes to pick up your check. I would never recommend this company to any one. There are way to many other great landscapers out there that don't make you feel like your getting screwed.
