What a horrible experience! Unfriendly, low-life staff, dirty/stinky facility, and most unsettling...when I picked up my dogs their extra large dog bed was completely soaked with urine. I don't think they were even let out once in the 3 days they were there. I will never ever take my dogs here again and I strongly urge anyone reading this to seek out another place that cares more about these poor dogs!!!
