Charles Dela Garza did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, why it needed to be done or explain why it did not need to be done, and what to look for in the future. He took self-initiative in answering all my questions to my satisfaction, plus at my previous request which was incomplete, he obtained and placed his last remaining mouse traps from my previous service call. All the service staff that have worked on my house have all been very good professionals, but some seemed to be in a hurry to keep up with their busy schedules. With Charles Dela Garza, I experienced a different servicing approach, which should be duly recognized. He knows his business well, handles your client's needs with a professional response and he already knew what was needed to resolve my pest issues without me having to explain it in full detail. He work approach answered all my questions and resolved my issues, which brings credibility and reliability to Alterra's reputation.
