OMG! I had the worst experience here. My daughter is petrified of the dentist and this would of have been the 2nd visit for her in her life. She is almost 9 and getting her to see the dentist the first time was very difficult. Anyways, we arrive early to the appointment and waited almost 15 minutes before I was called because the office manager or receptionist there was arguing with another patient about something she paid for and was not given to her. So he tells me my total will be $71 for the visit. I thought it was a bit much since it was only a routine visit. I told the man receptionist that I needed to call my husband and see if it was correct since my daughter is on his insurance. My husband said go ahead and pay and then call the insurance so I was still standing at the desk but the receptionist was checking out another customer so I proceeded to call the insurance company and I asked them about the prices and insurance rep said she needed codes so I came back in and the dentist receptionist was arguing with another patient and had to wait to asked him if he could give me the codes of the charges and he told no he will not that I needed to leave the office if I was on the phone (mind you I was on the phone earlier with my husband in front him but he didn't say anything) so I sent my daughter out to the lobby with the phone and then he gave me the codes. I came back and I told the receptionist that some of the things I was being charged for are not covered by the insurance and that I would like to know first so I can decide to go ahead or not and also I would like a copy of the first visit charge since I never got a receipt. He took a good 5 mins to give me the last receipt and he said at this point you will have to reschedule because other appointment are being taken care of. I told him we had come in on time but most of the time he has spent arguing with other patients and he never really took care of us. I asked to see the dentist but he said no, to leave a msg or call back. I saw the dentist walk by and so I went in and that's when he physically assaulted me. He pushed me against the wall told me to leave then he got in my face and I told him to step away and he didn't so I pushed him back. The dentist came out saw what was going on and that's when he put his hand in my face twice and pushed me back. By this time my daughter was in tears and he said to my daughter go ahead and brake the law like your mother. The dentist didn't say anything to him she just told me to leave. She looked like she was afraid of her own receptionist. She kept telling him to go with her and he wouldn't budge. I think they are related or maybe married.\r
Horrible, horrible experience, my daughter will probably not see a dentist again. I will be contacting the board of dentistry and the insurance company about this.\r
