would NOT recommend them. My nephew got stranded with no money, he called me and I told him to call a cab, I would pay upon arrival. The driver threatened him with a pistol when he said he needed to come in the house to get the money. We called Discount to register a complaint and they did NOTHING except recommend that we call the police. We called them several days later about several threatening calls on the answering machine from that same driver, again they refused to do anything. As a matter of fact, that same driver is STILL working for Discount Cab!
