Review content:
We've been looking for a moderately-priced Sunday brunch option in the Worcester County area for quite some time. Generally, the pricing for a brunch buffet runs in the $15-$20 range here - which gets kinda pricy when kids are included, even if they're discounted. Enter the Post Office Pub, where a much more reasonable $11.99 - kids $7.29 - gets you most of your typical all-you-can eat Sunday brunch options, with some exceptions. While the brunch menu includes the usual scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles, ham, sausage, pastries et al, one will not find juices or bacon included in the buffet price (these can be ordered a la carte, of course, and pricing is reasonable). Coffee and tea are included, as is a wonderful omelet station. There were some minor issues with some of the buffet items - hash browns were dry and the coffee a touch weak - but otherwise food was excellent. The decor includes many artifacts, signs, and toys from Post Office buildings of old, and it makes a great theme. Staff was friendly and VERY attentive, and one can tell from the overheard banter that many of the clientele are regular visitors. This is a great place with friendly atmosphere, and I recommend it highly - we'll be back soon!
