Review content:
I was referred to Three Guys Moving from a friend who had a great experience and after shopping around and getting quotes, I chose Three Guys Moving. The communication up until the day of the move was good. I had no problem reaching the company and was made aware of the time frame that my move was to occur. Then the moving day came and it went straight downhill from there. After about 30 min of being late, I reached out to the company and my contact to find out where the truck was. I was told that the crew was running late. Then about another 30 min later, I called in again to find out that one of the movers had injured himself on a prior move on another day and had to find a new person to replace him. Finally about 90 min after my initial window, I received a call that they were about 15 min away. Turns out it was another 45 minutes before they showed up to my house and that was 2 hours after the end of the window I was given. The movers that showed up complained that they had to come in on a Sunday and knew that they were late. I let the move complete and I addressed the issue after the move. I reached out to my contact the next day, who of course he apologized, and he would talk to the manager and owner to find a solution. I was offered compensation for the issues I had and I accepted it. It has now been about 3 weeks later and still have not received the compensation even after reaching out to the company. I am not one to post on this but I do not like getting the run around when there are many other companies out there where I believe this issue would have been resolved quickly.
