Horrid Service - Avoid at All Costs\r
\r
My one and only experience - live and learn. I came in a late flight from Detroit (2255hrs) and I immediately went out to secure a cab (I told him that I would take him as soon as I picked up my bag). I thought that this was enough. Got my bag (one of the first to come off the line); went out; only to find that there were two other passengers in the cab. I asked the driver how he could agree to take these two other passengers, I was informed that it was on my way. Well, the driver insisted on dropping off the two other passengers first (thus delaying me by 25 minutes). Finally, he charged me the full rate, as if I had been the only passenger. What really bothered me about this whole transaction was the driver's attitude - one that it was quite acceptable to rip passengers off.\r

To paraphrase Oscar Wilde, if this is the way that this company treats its passengers, then it does not desire to have any.
