We were first time buyers trying to buy a house. Kevin from Amerispec was really nice. He knew all the details and explained stuff. He even helped my husband learn to work a fireplace. He gave us some advice on what to do and some good tips.
Kevin was really knowledgeable and we felt really comfortable because he was able to go over every point and tell us about the stuff he marked down. It was really smooth sailing because he explained a lot of stuff. If you get Kevin, you have a real professional.
