Review content:
Royal Choice Limo is the WORST company I’ve ever seen. Not just limo company, but company in general. They single handedly ruined my brothers’ wedding experience. There was nothing positive at all about the whole limousine. \r
1. The limo was supposed to be at the hotel in Danbury to pick us up at 1 PM. At 1:20 PM we all tried calling the phone number on the website, which rang once and went straight to the owners’ cell phone. We got no call back. After texting him, we received a call that the limo broke down and we were getting another one that would be there at 1:30 PM (don’t believe that for a minute). We didn’t see the limo until 1:50 PM and he was sitting outside of the hotel entrance on the main road asking for directions to the hotel. We finally ran over and waved him in, and he started driving in the wrong entrance. \r
2. We piled into the limo and the driver spent the next 5 minutes trying to put the location into his GPS. We told him we know where the church is, just drive. He didn’t move. Finally he pulls out of the lot and we tell him to turn LEFT. He starts turning RIGHT. We yelled and screamed until he backed up and went left. We told him to get on I-84 East. It was a left in 500 feet. He turns left before the highway into a residential area. We finally got back on the main road, got on I-84 East. It was one exit down, take exit 5. We told him constantly until Exit 5. He doesn’t take exit 5. We have to go to Exit 8 to turn around. We had to incessantly yell the directions and even then he didn’t listen. We got to the church around 2:20 PM, 10 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start. We get a call from the bridesmaids at 2:40 that THEIR limo hasn’t shown up (supposed to be a 2:00 pm pick up) We sent one of our groomsman with our limo driver to pick them up ¾ of a mile down the same road that the church was on because he would’ve got lost. Once the girls were there and we were lining up for processing into church, the limo driver is standing outside of the church getting in every picture the photographer was taking! Once we were done with the ceremony, we got in the limos to go to the park we were taking pictures at. The limo driver starts driving off with one of the bridesmaids half in the limo! She almost got ran over. Once we started driving out of the church, our limo rear ends the other one!\r
3. The quality of the limo was terrible. It looked like someone took white-out and covered up any past accidents. It had a broken tail light. The champagne smelled like someone peed in it. There were naked women decals all over the windows. It was filthy on the inside.\r
4. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. If you are thinking of renting a limousine from this company, DON’T! The driver was terribly rude and didn’t speak or understand English. He fought with us on everything and ruined an otherwise excellent day. \r
