I have heard a lot of criticism about Hoffy's, but in the grand scheme of things, they do a good job. They sure do sell a lot of Ruger, and they have a habit of winding up Ruger's #1 Dealer of the Year. \r
Their salesmen are knowledgeable and helpful, and that helps a lot when you do get to talk to one. I have never been treated discourteously, although they are very, very busy. Hoffman's didn't get to be the size they are by accident. They may not be the only place to shop, but they should definitely be on your list.
