Looking for a Dermatologist... KEEP LOOKING! \r \r I am EXTREMELY disappointed with every aspect of my visit to North Carolina Dermatology Associates! From spending 45 mins filling out all the on-line paperwork just to arrive at the office, and have to fill out the paperwork again - to finally getting past the waiting room just for the nurse to ask all the SAME questions yet AGAIN!! COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!! \r \r I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, but still had the displeasure to waiting another 90 mins before I actually saw Dr Patel. It felt like, and the staff acted like, it was an inconvenience for me to be there having them work. When I finally ended up seeing Dr Patel, he was very condescending, and his bedside manner needs A LOT of improvement! \r \r Following up to get the results of a test preformed I encountered one of the RUDEST people I've had the displeasure of talking to! Not once - BUT THREE TIMES - did I have to ask the same question as the individual couldn't finish a conversation with me and carried on a completely different conversation with someone else while we were on the phone. Talking over me and then had to ask me to repeat myself THREE TIMES before she then transferred my call to another phone where I ended up leaving a message.\r \r Overall, I'm very disappointed with Dr Patel, and his staff! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you continue your search for another Dermatologist as North Carolina Dermatology Associates ranks up there with one of the MOST unprofessional places I've ever been too!
