I had ordered a motor in kind of an emergency circumstance. PTJ Industrial gave me free shipping and everything shipped out that day. I got it the next day, so I got it overnight for free. Everything came in packaged well. Everything was perfect; it was a smooth transaction.
I hadn't used them before. I was just Google-ing what I needed and their website came up. Just overall great customer service. They thanked me for my business many times through email. I'm very appreciative.
