I arrived a few minutes late for my 8:30 appt. and was told that the shuttle drivers were both out. Before I even finished my complimentary coffee, a shuttle was back, and they had me 5 miles away, and at work by 9:05. Ashley called me at 11 to update me, and explain the work that needed to be done. Another call, about 1, to let me know that they'd been able to fix the problem with in the hour of labor charged for diagnosis of my problem. Jim from the shuttle called me at 3 pm to see what time I would like to catch the shuttle back. The price was less than I'd steeled myself for, and I feel very confident as I make plans for driving in mid-to-late fall over Snoqualmie. My car's only had work done when I couldn't get to Lynnwood Honda--they know my car, and they take really good care of it for me. I love the place!
