Had my unit serviced today,by Steve,from SOS. I was extremely pleased with his thoroughness,the quality of the cleaning and service as well as his attention to customer satisfaction! He provided superior service and left my furnace in sparkling condition when he left..
Big improvement over my experience last year with SOS tech,who appeared to go through the motions of servicing the unit,but left furnance area dirty and left me wondering if the unit was serviced properly at all! What a difference in this service experience..!I will request Steve to do my servicing next year! Thanks for a job well done.
