This is a horrible place! I had to board my 3 dogs here recently because I was evacuating my home on the Texas coast for hurricane Ike. One of my dogs was due for ann. vacc and my puppy was due for a puppy booster.I dropped them off on a Friday to pick them up Saturday. They have half price vacc's on Saturday and I explained my situaton that I was an evacuee and could I get the vacc's for half price and they had no sympathy! And their boarding facilities are poor, they charge more than other facilities and they dont even have a run. They ""walk"" the dogs for about 3 minutes only twice a day and I witnessed them walk the dogs this way. They also conveniently did not mention to me that if you pick up your dog after 1:00 that you will have to pay for a whole other day. I picked my dogs up at 2:45 and had to pay double! So I ended up paying $200 while evacuating to board my 3 dogs in a substandard facility and 2 of them pooped in my vehicle as soon as I picked them up, which has NEVER happened before. I payed that much and they let walk ins that were not evacuating from a devastating hurricane get their vacc's for half off. So much for compassion from a place that you trust with your pet's health. Go somewhere else that really cares.\r
