My machine was inconsistent and incredibly difficult to use, I worked for hours and had to give up on my project. At first it was working just fine, however given less then ten minutes it would tangle or the thread would back up. So obviously I attempted to return it, however because it works from the get go it was non-exchangeable, and there is a NO refund policy. This I would have known if I had read the invoice... that you don't get until you purchase the machine!! Do not shop here!
