I expect a few things from my insurance agent:\r
1. Answer the phone or call me back within the same day. Kwon's office always picks up the phone, even during the lunch hour. If they do not answer, they call back the same day.\r

2. Explain things to me so that I can understand. Don't talk insurance lingo. Tell me why I should have certain coverage and what my options are, if I have any.\r
\r
3. Don't try to sell me something every time I call. They will mention discounts if I switch all of my policies to them, but they never badger me to switch. They give me the numbers and let me decide for myself.\r

4. I don't want life insurance! Don't ask me every year! They don't bother me year after year like my previous agent, wanting me to buy a life policy I don't need and cannot afford.\r

5. Send me to people you personally use, not someone that is on your "list." I ask, and they tell.
