Between my adult cat's love for clawing carpet and my new kitty trying to dig her way out of my closet, my boyfriend and I were seriously contemplating replacing all the carpet in our house. We were skeptical to repair at first because we thought the color wouldn't match and we'd be able to see a patch job. Knowing our cats would probably continue to scratch away, I made the decision to look into repair first. I came across Don's website and boy am I glad I did! Don and his son showed up early for our appointment and were extremely professional. Two qualities that seem to be lacking with most people nowadays. He explained the process first and then used a section of carpet from our back closet to repair the areas in our house. The color matched perfect and they literally made the damage disappear! Not only that, Don carries extra carpet in a variety of colors with him to replace what he uses from the closet. Other companies I saw make you go out and buy your own making this one more thing that sets Don apart from the rest. I can't say enough about his service! He takes pride in what he does and it shows in his work! This whole process was easy, convienient and most of all affordable! I highly recommend Inland Empire Carpet Repair and I know I'll be using Don and family again in the future! Thanks again!!
