This company right here, Is the best. Let me tell you why:
1st off, I've had my fair share of bad unprofessional companies. But for once I can safely say I have found a company that is professional and knows what they are doing.
I called 24x7 Carpet Cleaning LA- Green cleaning here in Manhattan Beach. I thought they name was really catchy and I was having a little emergency on a godly hour..
There was a leak in my bathroom that I was not aware about until I woke up in the middle of the night and felt my sock soak up water that was in my carpet, it was that bad.
I called a bunch of companies but of course no one was answering the phone because they were asleep and finally I came upon 24x7 carpet cleaning and someone actually answered the phone they sounded like they were asleep but the fact that they answered showed me right away that this was the company for me.
I asked one question and based on their answer I would decide right away if this was the company that I would be using
" can you come out now" and they answered yes!!!! ") I was elated, I was super happy but I still had the problem.
I had the tech come out within a 45 minute period, he came inspected an gave me the best news ever he would be able to eliminate all of the water from the carpet and there was no mold!!
0O) that is how my face looked I didn't even care how much it was (ok, I did. I asked and it was an affordable price) I had him start the work right away the machine was a little loud and did wake up my neighbors but afte explaining to them what had happened they went about their business...
Two hours later the tech is done his wrapping up his things to start his day, making mine so much better my carpet has no more water, it is a little moist but I was told it would air dry within a 3 hour period and now I have clean looking carpets.. thank you Bottom of Form
