The lead movers at both my pickup location in New York, and ultimately at my drop-off destination in San Francisco, were both friendly, got everything taken care of super quick, and were clear and helpful regarding the paperwork. I forgot the name of the lead mover in NYC but he was fantastic. Tyson lead the move in SF, and he was fantastic as well. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving cross-country; it's a difficult move to make and CA NYC Express made it so much easier.
