Review content:
I have tried all of the hearing aid centers in Jackson county and Sears has to be the worst of them all. I got my first set through them and I was fairly satisfied, but then when I returned for a new pair. Everything when wrong. They had a new audiologist that wasn't worth a nickel. I kept having to bring them in for adjustments and repairs. When they were sent out for repairs it took 2-3 weeks to finally get them back. Most of the time when they came back they still were not working properly. The only thing good about it was they had a 90 day no questions asked return policy. Which is what I ended up doing. I returned them and when the audiologist found out I was returning them, he went stomping into the testing booth and closed the door acting like a 2 year old. I wouldn't reccommend them to anyone with their current audiologist!
PROS: 90 day return policy and the front desk staff
CONS: the audiologist
