\r I recently traded in my 2005 VW Golf for a 2013 Jetta TDI. Adrien Torres was my sales consultant and was very helpful in picking out my new car. He was very knowledgeable and patient which was a big help because I'm very picky and indecisive. He showed me multiple models and options, from Passats to Tiguans. I ended up getting the Jetta TDI because of the gas benefits and the overall feel and look of the car. Everyone at the Galpin VW Dealership was very nice and helpful from the GM all the way to random sales associates greeting me and offering me water (which was awesome because it was a hot day). They even had a Labor Day BBQ going on for everyone that was there ""shopping around"". One month after having my car they had me come in for a routine check up to make sure everything was running well with the car and that I was happy. Dennis Hern was my service consultant for the one month check. He was also very nice and seemed happy to be doing his job. He asked me if I knew where the tire pressure reset button was. When I told him it was in the glove box he seemed surprised that I knew where it was. I told him that Adrien was very thorough with his explanation and check over of the car to make sure that I knew what everything was for. \r All in all I am very happy with my purchase and experience I have had with Galpin VW and will definitely be recommending Adrien Torres to all my friends and family!\r
