This man is a joke! He is not only after your money he is a slum lord also. Runs crappy properties not up to code, black mold, serious structure problems, won't even acknowledge the people working for him, gives them just a room that they can not rent to the public to stay in, works them 12-16 hours a day 7 days a week and won't even say hello to them when he comes to ""collect"" or even give them cash to buy food to eat. When he is done with them offers them $100 to get off property and leave quietly or the amount goes down by $25 a day they stay afterwards. A man with no consonance, pay and respect the people who slave for you. And make you all that money that its all about. Karma Karma Karma
