but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Tim Carpenter from American Family Insurance called us one morning and asked us to come in to sign paperwork. We had never had any policies with American Family but visited the location anyway to find out what was going on.\r

They had no record of us, which was unsurprising as (as previously stated) we did not have any policies with them. They did not know who called us, when, or why. After waiting for a half hour (and they did not offer us a courtesy room or drinks), they finally figure out that the number listed for one their clients had been mis-entered as ours.\r

While we were there, we asked for some brochures as we were researching insurance providers and they promised to give us a follow up call with the information. They never did call, although I wonder if some other unfortunate person got a misdirected call from them. \r

Needless to say, we did not purchase a policy from them.
