I ordered from SO online. Next day, I asked for a tracking number for my order and they were very short with me. They also told me there will be no tracking number until my order had shipped, which is obvious. I called my bank account to see if they had nonetheless charged me yet and found out they already had. What is more, exactly 2 minutes after i placed my order with SO, I had placed an even larger order with another company. This other company had the order I made with them shipped to me and in my hands before SO even got their order to me in the mail. Plus I wasn't ever sent a tracking number as SO said. To top it off, SO is often overly expensive. -Not a good company.
