First of all, I could've given a 0 star rating if there was one! This is a honest feedback I am providing here which might help all the fellow volkswagen owners to avoid this particular dealer in Irving. My car had a coolant leaking problem and the first time when I visited this dealer they inspected my car for 1 full day and finally told me that the problem was with water pump system and that the water pumping system has to be totally replaced. Along with, they presented me with couple of other problems too which they proclaim they proactively noticed, I was so dumb to trust them and ended up paying 1400$ to fix all the proclaimed problems. I thought I could live happily here after with my car.
But here comes the coolant empty light again on my dash board in no more than 3 weeks, damn...I visited the same dealer again and was so patient with them, this time they inspected the car and came up with a different reason for the same complaint. They said the coolant reservoir was leaking a
