Review content:
Place is really hit or miss. Sometimes you get great service other times it can be bad. Sometimes they'll honor a warranty...sometimes they can't be bothered. Sometimes they get the order right...other times it's way off (wrong lenses, wrong frames, etc). Sometimes they'll correct their mistakes...other times you have to complain. Their prices aren't fantastic, but not bad either. It seems it really depends on what day you go there, what person helps you and what mood they're in. \r
The good people there know their stuff.\r
Frame selection isn't huge, but far better than what many chains offer.\r
Hard to recommend them...but in reality sometimes being good is better than many of the other shops in the area which are just plain dreadful all the time.
