I was really apprehensive before coming in, I have an intense fear of dentists offices after some bad experiences with other offices. The staff at Aspen made me feel really comfortable and went at a pace I was comfortable with and always asking how I was doing and if I was feeling any pain. The dental assistant did a great job explaining what she was doing and how to signal if I needed help. Dr. Valcourt was very gentle and and made sure I had zero discomfort before doing any work (I was having a cavity filled). I then had a cleaning by the hygenist, and she was extremely gentle. I fully expected to be sore afterwords but I was pleasantly surprised there was none. Everyone in the office does everything they can to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was scared to come in, but I am glad I did, and I will be going back.
