Review content:
I purchased a new 2012 Tri glide Ultra Classic from another dealer after having the bike for a year and only 4700 miles an electrical problem developed. I called the dealer where the bike was purchased, gave them all the information, they took the bike in and said that it was a bad battery, but when I picked the bike up it still had the same problem after only riding 104 miles. The problem continued and when I was on a poker run I ask several other riders and they all refered me to Killer Creek Harley Davidson and they all said that their service department is second to none because of strong customer service and continous training that their techs receive.\r
\r
So i decided to give them a try, I called and spoke to Ted and he scheduled the pick up of the bike and took it in for the needed repairs, found the problem and fixed it right the first time and did what they call a quality check and found another problem which was also covered under warranty and made that repair also.\r
\r
When I went there to pick up the bike I was greeted by Ted at the service desk and while I waited for a couple of minutes every time another Killer Creek employee came through the counter area each one stopped and ask if they could help me.\r
\r
In about 4-5 minutes the bike was brought outside to me and they had also done a very nice job of cleaning up the bike which was totally unexpected and I was greeted professionally by the gentleman who brought the bike out.\r
\r
In a nut shell Great Service, Beautiful Operation and very professional people who are on their A game every day. I would recommend them to every one I know no questions ask. I will be back for the next service and any repairs or accessories that I need in the future.\r
\r
Thanks for a great job\r
