One of the WORST places I have ever stayed. Lake Chubb is filthy. The pictures they post on the website are nothing like the view you get once you arrive. The rooms are outdated. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. Carpeting, bedding, desk, couch and table ALL need to be replaced. There also is a train nearby that you hear all night long. The hot tub was ok but the rest of the room screamed" get me out of here". No frills, the towels were a step above gym towels, plastic cups (not glass) bar soap instead of shower gel and I had never seen an ice bucket that old in my life. The "do it yourself" breakfast was ok if that's what you are into. I would NEVER stay there again or ask anyone else to. The Best Western name rings "low quality" and this hotel lives up to the low qulaity standard.
