I experience the same thing. Extreme wait until after having an appointment time. Poor service. Money making by telling that I need a deep root cleaning which I know that I did not. After I questioned them and told them that my mother practice dentistry for over 30 years, they came back and said No I did not need it but just continue to floss and brush regularly. Terrible experience and would not recommend anybody to go there. This was my first and last visit. I have decided to go to a private practice office instead of this company.
