I called to have my oven repaired. I diagnosed the problem myself but did not have the part to fix it. A repair tech came to my home and agreed with me but said he did not have the part either ( the ads say the trucks are supposed to be well stocked with parts). He called his office and told me they have the part, so we rescheduled for another day. They called the day of and said they will be there that day. After making arrangements to take off work again, they cancelled saying they have to order the part and it will take ten days+. Several days later they said they have the part and scheduled a third appointment. Again, I took time off from work and they cancelled again with the exact same story. No one seems to know anything about it when I call to complain. I paid the service charge and now give up any chance of getting my money back. Customer service is a foreign language to these people. Call a smaller company--you'll be better off...
