I want to start by thanking Chippy for all of your assistance with getting my new air conditioning unit. I recently just purchased a new home in which the AC unit was about 35 years old! Yes, I said 35 years old - and was working only from from day to day at minimal, the AC was corroded, moldy, rusty, and loud! I called on a Wednesday and spoke with Karen, who was so pleasant as well as helpful with starting the installation for Thursday She called back right away after that to explain as well apologize that they were waiting on part which ended up only taking a day and before I new it I was being scheduled for a Saturday morning instillation. On Saturday I received a courtesy call from George that they were on there way, I was a little worried considering it was raining all morning and they would have to reschedule. When they arrived a little while later the 2 ""Georges"" showed up and began to tarp over the area were they would be working (great idea) to start the install of the new AC unit. They were so good, as well as friendly, very humorous (which is nice to see) as well as professional. They did a GREAT job and before I new it I was feeling cold, wonderful air conditioning pouring from my vents - something that was missing. The cleaned up, even hosed down the areas were they were working which got muddy. I would like to once again thank all of you for a wonderful job as well as experience, I have several other friends and family that I have already begun telling them about the great service as well as prices that ATC provides. I even have some questions about other services features that I have been inquired by these friends and family. Thank you again and I appreciate all of the effort put forth, I have a comfortable home now and you can't imagine how much that means to me and my husband!!
