As a tenant who pays rent EVERY MONTH and follows all of the rules, I have to agree that the people in this office can be rude. In the business side of things, they really know what they are doing, but they just don't know how to deal with people very well. The few times I have had to deal with the people in the office, I usually walk away in tears because they know how to disrespect you and make you feel less than human. I have no problems renting from them however I do think they could use a little bit of manners.
