Review content:
I returned a brand new Macbook Air for cosmetic damages after just purchasing it, and told the Sales Clerk that I lived kind of far so it was an inconvenience that I had to come all the way back to return something that should have been in pristine condition when I bought it. His response, ""You don't live that far."" Wait a second... you want to argue with me about how far I live when I'm buying a NEW product and I expect it to be brand NEW without any dents or dings? I don't know if they repackage returned products but this is the second time that this has happened to me at this store. He really should be let go because I don't think he understands what buying an Apple product means... he's also pretty clueless about customer service.
