BEWARE! This is one of the most unsafe complexes to live in. \r

I lived there for 2 years. I never walked to and from my apartment alone, especially at night.\r
\r
If you have a vehicle, be careful b/c people will probably mess w/it.\r
\r
The door locks are terrible. If someone really wanted to get in there, all they had to do was kick the door in.\r

Jaimie was the only decent individual to deal with in the office. Fran and Lilly are ""C U Next Tuesday's"". Trust me, Lilly practically threatened me before Jaimie stepped in.\r

I was and always have been a great tenant. If you MUST live her, READ the lease contract ALL THE WAY THROUGH! And remember to review the lease BEFORE you move out. B/c they will do everything in their power to screw you over, especially if you are a student.

Cons: Rental office, Unsafe environment, Price for value, Fran & Lilly, Traffic
