Review content:
I was surprised to see such a limited menu with one meat, fish, chicken, porkchop item, except for a steak or prime rib choice. The prime rib was OK, but just warm and the roasted potatoes were crunchy(undone), so I asked for mashed. The service was adequate but the waiter looked like he would rather have been somewhere else. For the prices charged, I was surprised that there was no dress code. Next time I think we'll just go to the observation tower and then get a steak somewhere else.
Pros: bread was great, view was nice
