We received an Apache 501 - Method not implemented error while attempting to update an older, lengthy FAQ post on our forums. Ryan helped document and research our issue. When I called in, Jessica helped resolve that issue. Both Ryan and Jessica were courteous, professional, and quick to respond to our needs. Jessica's knowledge of the mod_security configuration resolved our issue extremely quickly. We can't possibly ask for better support. Thank you VERY much!!
