While returning on a ski trip to LA from Reno, our Outback's idler pulley froze up shredding the serpentine belt and catching it on fire. lucky for us we were 1/4 mile from Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City. We pulled in worried about arriving midday without an appointment and about spending an unscheduled night in Carson City. Service Advisor Brad Kiesow recognized our concerns and told us the parts were on hand and he'd try to get it done that day. He provided us a loaner car and directed us to local points of interest. In short, he provided outstanding service to two stranded travelers. In just a few hours the car was fixed and we were on our way. Unfortunately, that night we found we had left our ipad somewhere during our stop. Brad and other staff looked for it and found it a couple of days later. Brad shipped it to us in Los Angeles AT NO CHARGE! Terrific service- thanks Brad and Michael Hohl Subaru
