Review content:
I had driven a Subaru before. I knew I liked the way the car handled - and the gas mileage - but I didn't know much else. Fortunately, Kevin and Dom are encyclopedic in their familiarity with the Subaru line. These two have really done their homework and I felt genuine benefit in their abilities to enthusiastically share that information with me. They understood that if I really knew about the value Subaru puts into their cars, I would want to join the legion of Subaru owners. They were right!\r \r When I really appreciated their professionalism and authenticity, was when we weren't in agreement and when we had some real issues to work out. It was then that I came to appreciate my good fortune to have encountered your sales team.\r \r When I decided to visit the dealership, I expected the sales staff to be an obstacle to my success. That I would have to work around them to get the car and the deal that I wanted. How pleased I was to discover that contrary to my initial expectations, Kevin and Dom really listened and worked to match me with just the right car. They were successful, and it's a beautiful thing.
