I needed a wrap last year to get into a suit for an interview and ended up purchasing a ""package"" deal that I was not able to use due to a medical condition that makes dehydrating myself in such a fashion a tad risky. The owner refuses to provide a refund for > $300 stating that the contract says there are no refunds for any reason, but that I can ""gift"" away this to someone else...not an acceptable business practice to charge for services not rendered...but perhaps that is what the owner is banking on.
