I would not recommend this company to anyone. My mother's A/C went out and she called them to come out. They supposedly fixed it. That night, it ran the whole night and never went off. She tried calling them repeatedly but no one ever called back or answered. She went 3 days in the heat with no air. When she did get a hold of them they said they would be out at a certain time but claimed they came to the house but no one was there. I myself asked them when would they be there so I can meet them, but they never called me or my mother to confirm anything. The worse part of this whole thing is, the fact that the owner argued back and forth about the situation each time we called. Instead of politely taking care of the problem, because apparently they didn't fix the problem to begin with. But I guess it was too much to ask for them to fix the air and fix any mistakes that they may have made. I have NEVER come across a business so unprofessional and an owner being disrespectful when dealing with customers. I don't know how they are in business, when they don't care about the customers or the fact that they're in extreme heat or cold. If this was his family, I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate being treated this way.
