This company is a rip off!! Do not buy!! Received email for my son’s graduation and on it had a 20% discount if ordering within 48 hours. The proofs they sent was not complete. Many other proofs was not included with the first email I received. Because of the 20% discount, I had no choice but to order with I saw that was on the first email (these where not the best pics). After ordering, two days later, I received another email with a second set of proofs that was a definitely improvement than the first set. First email did not mention anything about more proofs to come. I immediately called and left a message, which took them four days to call me back. I explained my situation and was told that the second set of proofs has a different prices and that it was too late to cancel my order. Had they call me back sooner, perhaps I could have cancel and order from the 2nd set of proofs. Needless to say, All they want is your money!!!! Do not buy!! Rip Off!! Poor Services!! Poor Customer Services. I cannot stress enough how upset I am with this company. To avoid headache, stay away for this company.
