Horrible experience. I walked into the store with jeans and shirts (they were advertising they needed jeans), and I was told it would be 15 minutes. The associate said when they were done, they would write my name on the board. 45 minutes later, I walk up and tell the associate I'm going to have to leave, and she says, ""oh, I'm done with those. They are all outside of our two year window. I just forgot to put your name on the board."" She gave me back my stuff, unorganized and messy, while the other employees and a customer stopped and stared at me. \r

I found it funny, as I saw identical pairs of jeans on their rack (A&F). I guess I didn't fit their mold. I won't be back, and I won't encourage my friends to shop there. I'd rather donate my clothes than let that store profit from them.
