My good experience: I had my teeth cleaned by Jenna, who is absolutely one of the best hygienists out there. I also had my teeth cleaned by Kellie, and she knows what she's doing and is a complete professional. I highly recommend both gals to clean your teeth, and if they ever leave University Park Dental, follow them.\r
My bad experience: Dr. Bowers recommended a night guard for me. During the impression for it, the assistant-Jennifer-broke a permanent retainer I had on the back of my two front teeth. When I told Dr. Bowers about this, she told me to go see an orthodontist to fix it. When my night guard was ready, Jennifer failed to fit it and adjust it for me. Since she had broken the bracket, the night guard did not fit and there was no offer from her or Dr. Bowers to do another impression. I was incredibly disappointed by this, especially because Dr. Bowers is an excellent dentist otherwise. This was one of the reasons I chose to leave this office as a patient. When I picked up my records to leave, none of my dental appointments had been documented, except for my cleanings with Jenna and Kellie. I would not refer anyone to this office after such an unprofessional experience.
