This place cause me so much stress and extra money. Had a simple windows update problem and they managed to screw my computer up even more to where it froze randomly. They wanted more money to fix the problem they caused and still could not fix the issue. This caused me to spend more money to renew my warranty with Dell. Stay away! They will only cause more problems with your computer because they honey have no clue what there doing
