I recieved a phone call last week saying that on Tuesday September 24, 2013 that a repairman would come to my home between 9 am to 11am to fix my daughters powerchair. I called after 11 am asking where they were because I had been told we were first on the list. I was then told they would not be out until October the second. This company does nothing but lie. I had my daughter stay home from school for this appointment. We waited for over a month for this company to contact us after my Doctors office sent the paperwork for repairs. They seem not to care in the least bit. This past summer they sent us home with a loaner chair that barely worked and did not even fit my daughter. I will be discussing this with insurance and telling them how unsafe this company actually is. That they make appointments then change them and lie to the customer. I get put on hold and told I will be speaking to a supervisor. Then the lady lies and says the supervisor is not available to speak to me. The prerecorded messages they play how they work with their customers to provide excellent customer service which is nothing but a lie.
