The internal medicine doctor Natalie Bornstein is very kind to her patients and really takes what her patients say to consideration. I heard so many patients say that their doctors are cruel in the way that they handle patients. Like they feel that the doctor doesn't care about their well being.I have been to other PHA clinics and Natalie is by far the sweetest and caring. Her young staff is not bad either and is by far the friendliest and least beligerent of all the PHA clinics. I heard some horror stories but with Bornstein I have trust in her. I wouldn't go to anyone else because she has a genuiness and sincerity that most doctors lack. She is sensitive and not cold. She is different in the fact is that she is concerned with the well being of her patients. I heard of Bornstein as a referal from someone who lives in the east side and they seemed satisfied with her and told me that if I have to go to PHA to see her. They say that she is the most patient loving of all the PHA doctors. She wants to see her patients get better and do good. She cures them well and not just sees them so she can charge your insurance. She knows what she is doing She looks a lot younger than she really is, but don't let her beauty and very tall, thin stature distract from her knowledge and ability. PHA is great place because there is hardly anyone there so that means less wait time.
