Our house has had trouble cooling our home for years. We finally called McGowan's to give us an estimate of a new unit. Their technician came out and informed us that we had an undersized unit that would have trouble cooling our Florida home. The previous AC vendor quoted us an undersized unit to get the sale. I was impressed with McGowans professionalism and recommending a 1/2 ton higher sized unit. I was surprised that this larger unit was actually cheaper than what we paid 10 years ago for the undersized unit. Needless to say we couldn't be happier. Now we know what it's like to have a properly cooled house. Just wished we didn't wait 10 years to do it.
